Steve was a great attorney to work with. He worked on a sale with me. I had a buyer who backed out in the last minute and then we had a 2nd buyer. During this time Steve did not charge me for the 1st sale. He was very patient and walked me through all my questions as I was a bit nervous about the 2nd buyer.
