I can never get a hold of my loved one councilor and they do not inform us of any medical issues that happen. They called telling us our loved one was in the ER after he was already released and even at that we still weren’t able to talk to our family member.
No one aswers the phone!
This place is very much needed and great place if you want to change your life around...
The Hidalgo county substance abuse treatment facility changed my life. There will always be people who can't abide by rules and structure. I myself absorbed all the information and education that I could. There I learned about boundaries and cognitive behavioral therapy. God bless Hidalgo S.A.T.F..
