Maeve takes care of all the details and I feel like it’s a relaxing day at the spa. I leave every time knowing I look as sharp as can be!
Today was the 4th time Brittany, the assistant manager at the Eastown location, squeezed in a walk-in client before my appointment. I waited an extra 25 minutes to be seen this time. The longest I'd spent waiting has been around 40 minutes. My suggestion for this location: try a little harder to make your customers feel like they're valued. I didn't feel valued today.
Brittany is very Friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me. Excellant service!
