We recently purchased a home in Brookings with Jude representing both the seller and us, the buyer. Jude was very friendly and professional in all aspects of the transaction. It was a very quick escrow and she made sure all went very smoothly. She was available and helpful with all of our questions. Was looking for an agent to sell my property. If you've ever been to Brookings, you know that Jude Hodge's face is more ubiquitous around town than Trump 2020 signs. So of course I called Jude first. We spoke briefly, and then she suggested an appointment to come see my place. The day of, I get a text from her that she had a "client emergency" she had to tend to. Nothing more. Very rude person.
Jude is currently helping my wife and I in our home search. I am nocturnal and stay up late to look at listings. I don't expect everyone to stay up like me but Jude is a workaholic. The woman never sleeps! Regardless of the type of business, people that you want working for you are people with a strong work ethic that fight for you, which Jude is a quintessential example of.
As a builder/developer I have been buying and selling real estate since 1973. I learned early on that an experienced, hard working realtor is a must for success. Jude Hodge has proved herself time and time again over the years. She has a consistent expert performance every time we needed her. She has her finger on the pulse of the market every time as well.
