I went to Jude Hall as a new patient looking for a primary. At my physical she was nice, thorough & said she’d look further into my chart to later discuss my concerns. Well that day never came, I called 3 different times and messsged her to follow up and got no reply. She never replied to prescription requests I always had to call the office & then she finally filled my prescription and cancelled it saying I was done with treatment and I still couldn’t get a hold of her. I Recently met Jude as my new PCP. She took the time to get to know me and my medical history. We discussed my treatment plans and how to improve on my health. The exam was thorough and comfortable. I highly recommend Jude Hall as a PCP, it was a great experience.
