Rich was awesome, he was in constant contact with me even while heading out of town with family. I chose him because he did not try to up-sell me on other services. In fact, when I asked him about the other (more expensive) services recommended by other contractors, he told me I didnt need it and was a waste to pay extra for something unnecessary. Give him a call!
