I found Fran and paid upfront for and dealt with Ramona for 10 mths for my abusive to his exes bf. Finally he became too much for me and I informed Fran how I had signed for some of his signatures and how he cheated his Urine alcohol test and how he was guilty on all counts. For 10 mths I provided all info and paperwork to them for him bc he was incompetent and I was trustworthy efficient and reliable. Fran is amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
5 phone calls and 3 weeks later about a simple Will and Testament and not even a return phone call. No time for smaller jobs or minimal customer service I suppose. Minimal respect would simply be to say they don't have time or don't want a new client. I would have been just fine with that.
