We were referred to Dr. Stanley but the front office told us he doesn’t do jaw surgery when we called to schedule the consult (but he does). They pushed us to Partridge instead and we are very regretful that we allowed him to perform surgery.
Dr. P was great for the actual procedure for my husband’s surgery. However, the front office and staff messed up with billing and insurance. Very disappointed in the way they handled the situation and their inability to take responsibility.
They did fine work on my son. When the bill came due, I went to THEIR website and set up a payment plan. Now it’s time for a follow up they refuse to see him until the balance is paid off. They have treated me like I am some lowly thief trying to steal from them. I am making payments - haven't missed one, and the way they have treated me is terrible. I have done everything they asked, I shouldn't be treated like a criminal.
Dr. Partridge is one of the best surgeon’s I’ve ever met. His empathy, professionalism, and unsurpassed attention to detail has been remarkable! My son had double jaw surgery and Dr. Partridge sat down with all of us and took us step by step not only through the surgery, but what to expect down to the most minute detail.
