Dr Allen is Friendly and thorough. He listens to your complaints. I was a little surprised with the front desk. They didn’t acknowledge me standing there for a long time.
Staff handled things very well and were nice when we had a mix up. (A miscommunication on my end). And they've helped a lot when I had questions. Not to mention the surgeries I've gotten with them went very well!
Great experience! The staff and Dr.Allen did amazing job. Everyone was so kind before, during and after surgery.
I was met ahead of schedule. The assistant and xray tech that first assisted me we very friendly and helpful. Loved Dr. Allen. Wonderful bedside manner, good/gentle physical exam, and clear follow-up instructions. Only small issue: I was left in the exam room at the end and wasn't clear if someone was coming to schedule follow-up visit. After a few minutes, I walked out to the front desk...
