Update: received a call from the owner- he addressed all of my concerns and handled my complaint professionally. My other visits were great, and with this call to make my one bad experience right, I’ve updated my review and rating.
The customer service is always amazing, and they’re incredibly fast. They have a great variety of drinks, so I’ve been able to try something different every time I visit. I’ve enjoyed every drink so far and always look forward to coming back!
We got there, not knowingly, at closing. The so very sweet barista made us the most amazing snickers blended and she even took time to give our 2 pups a pup cup each and make conversation! Huge shout out!! Will be back!!
