Been eating here for years. Impressed tonight. Ordered ahead, and my order was easily read back to me correctly. Arrived at the drive thru and again the details of my order were confirmed. The line was backed up just a little, and a young lady brought my order out and confirmed the details of each item for a 3rd time. Super friendly. Got home and everything was correct, and delicious. Good job folks. Marshall needs more of this kind of service. Thanks again
I am normally satisfied with the food & service but this morning I was highly disappointed & disgusted! I have been going for breakfast the past few days & I always get a side of grits with my meal. Today they handed me a small container that you would put sauce or gravy in & to top it off the lid was half open & the white container was completely nasty with black smut around it. They did attempt to give me another container but I ended up driving off & leaving it bc it was not worth the $1.99 + plus tax they were charging!!... read more
