You get what you pay for. The e-brake screams at you till released. In order to sleep you have to shift your bags from back to front seats, and shove seats all the way to front every single day which gets old quick. Brakes very worn. Broken curtains. There was scant info on the fridge- we were told to get ice if we’re not driving all day, which who does in Taz- it’s small! No release valve for water, so that was GROSS. Yana from Jucy was so incredibly helpful! Super easy check in and really helpful tips and tricks with operating the van. Free and fast shuttle service which made things go so much smoother and quicker. Would definitely recommend booking through these guys

I’m a 68 year old solo woman traveler & I rented a little camper van from Jucy. Touring Tasmania in it was so great! It came equipped with everything I’d need & it ran like a charm. I’m definitely doing this again - so fun!
Very high mileage vehicle (417 000km) and not properly maintained. Brakes felt not safe, it was heavily shaking, doors couldn’t be closed properly. Smart set up but lots of push buttons for the curtains were broken. Helpful staff with pick up and drop off at the airport. Overall we had a nice trip but the rental was overpriced.
