14 days of waiting for another brand of medicine to be prescribed that my insurance covers. 14 days . Messaged on my mercy, no response. 3 or more requests from my pharmacy, no response. Numerous voice messages left, no response. Personal message sent straight back, no response. Dr seems nice but what good is that? I have never, ever left a review on a Dr. Hope this makes you feel as special as you've made me feel!!
Dr. Rind is an exceptional endocrinologist. He's very humble, responsive and detail-oriented. I had reached out to him for thyroid disorder and he has provided me with comprehensive care. The doctors I have seen in the past were never this attentive to my concerns. I felt like I was given due attention and that my complaints were properly listened to and addressed. I highly recommend him.

this is the worst place i have ever been, have to spend at least 20 minutes on hold when you call. if you can't make an appointment and call to change it and after waiting on hold for ever then want to schedule you 7 months out. they do not care about there patients!!!
