Bad service so expensive only starter changing $1100 it’s crazy

Israel is the second shift manager and extremely down to earth and empathetic to drivers in general, Ian is the daytime supervisor and very very knowledgeable and able to network and negotiate really great prices even if you're short on cash .. If you're ever up here, make sure you ask for the blue pass card so that you can park across the street in VIP parking for free..
Muniz did an amazing job helping me out! Note:? I had Jubitz shop bring me out a clamp after one of the ones I have on the intake air line brake off on my way back from Tillamook on the highway 26! There wrong very professional, this took place a few weeks back! They were very prompt And got me fixed and back on the road in know time! Very happy with there work! Originally, I scheduled an appt to have the water pump replaced in my semi truck. I was talked into letting them do a diagnostic. They misdiagnosed the issue and ignored my initial concerns, leaving my truck with the same issue it had upon arrival the *previous* afternoon. (Cost: $180 diagnostic/$375 labor). I was also forced to leave several hours later than the timeline we had originally discussed for the following morning. Overall, their service was overpriced for the work performed and communication was lacking.
