Jubilee is trash this my first time buying a house & I have had the absolute worst experience ever I would never go this route again
All I would say is the people they get to do the air for the houses are unprofessional since I moved in here I’ve been calling them about my back room being hot in the summer while the air is on and being cold in the winter while the heat is on they’ve came out here several Times only to tell me they have to install something else to keep the back room cool I’m under warranty they are trying to charge me this is nothing I’ve done this been a problem since day once first time home buyer first one to move in this house the own... read more
