Rich & his team helped me immensely w/ little to no money out of MY pocket. He may talk "fast" but I suspect it's to keep up w/ the bankers & money lenders. Imo, he can't be a scammer when he acted in MY best interest making NO money off of me. He didn't even know that I am a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 1998 or that I was also a licensed FL Mortgage Broker for a few years.
