What a difference! Thank you so much for removing our old liner and replacing with a new one. Highly recommend Jubilee for any pool needs.
Don't return calls/vm and drive an hr to purchase items from their store during their posted business hours and it was closed. Big FAIL!!!
Called Friday and told Monday to have a quote. Missed appt because sth. Monday no show up without reason. Tuesday because of weather. I am ok and told Wednesday wait no show up, text ask what time and they said sth come up so they will come on Friday. Well if i do not text i have to wait couple hrs without any notification. They do not care about new business. But please let ppl know if you do not show up.
Great customer service! I go here for all my pool supplies. They never try to push any products that aren't essential and try to help you maintain your pool in an affordable and effective way. I've had issues with my salt cell and pool pump in the past (which were installed or recommended by the people at Jubilee Pool) and they helped me out in a fast, professional and affordable way. I wouldnt even consider going to a different pool supplies store.
This is one of the best companies I've worked with since moving to Fairhope. I've researched several companies regarding Pools, and Jubilee is definitely the best. In my 8 years of owning a gunite pool, Roger and his staff show more knowledge on pools, equipment, and maintenance than any other company I've dealt with. Especially Barry in regards to our pool.
