A fantastic experience developing with Joe and the team at Jubilee. They really made the job easy (i'm dealing with it from the other side of the country). I'm really happy with the finished product that included two new dwellings and updates to an existing house. They have just had their first open for inspection for rental and we are already getting great rental offers.
