From the first phone call with John, to the service call with Brandon, to the meeting with Luke, everything was amazing. Courteous, pleasant and helpful. This is the first experience we've had with Jubilee, but they earned our business and our trust. Our new central air is installed and ready for the summer. And the price was right! It's hard to find a trustworthy business these days, we were lucky to find Jubilee.
John took out a 3 ton unit and installed a 2 ton without telling us the old unit was a 3 ton. The new 2 ton then would not keep the house cool when hot outside. John blamed the cooling problems on everything and claimed the new unit wasn’t undersized. This guy is a big talker but please beware because they would never make it right and we are stuck with spending all the money on a new unit that won’t keep the house cool when hot outside. So disheartening.
