Our hot water tank broke and needed replaced. We contacted Jubilee and got ahold of the owner John. He arrived at our home quickly to check the situation. Within minutes he knew what was wrong, contacted his office and got the unit we needed ordered (it wasn't one they had in stock) he also had a quote within minutes sent to my phone. The next morning they came with the unit, they also sent a picture of whose was arriving & I LOVE THAT PART for safety reasons, and he got it in and working before dinner time.
