Sheeeesh laugh clown laugh. The fruity sniveling salesman will say anything to get you to spend your money then he broke every promise he made to us when we bought a dining room set. I even think he was flirting with me and my husband in a desperate bid to sell us something.'I think we bought mostly because we felt bad for him. Then when the delivery time passed with no sign of furniture and no call we called and a nasty Asian woman laughed at us then made the guy yell at us and threaten to not ship for 3 weeks for revenge. ... read more
Things are okay now Had an issue with the quality of a product. It was replaced. had the same issue again and they refunded my $$. Satisfied with the customer service.
Excellent Furniture Store I highly recommend Jubilee Furniture for their exemplary customer serivice satisfaction. I just moved from L. A. to Las Vegas and needed a new bed for my new apartment. I went to several furniture stores but I couldn't find a quality bed I needed and the right price for my budget. WOW....The worst customer service ever I had in Vegas...Jubilee Furniture I HIGHLY recommend that ANYONE that goes to this place, please becareful. I ask a question about a mirror (that I didn't know a thing about ) and the salesman there went off on me! (Who claim he was the "MANAGER" AND told me I "LOOK" like trouble, I can tell, he said. manager, maybe owner BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!These guys are horrible. I went to their show room to buy some bedroom furniture they were advertising. The picture of the bed in the ad wasn't even close to the the bed they were selling. They misrepresented the quality as well. When I told the guy working there that the furniture wasn't solid oak as advertised, he became very angry. They are a bait and switch operation and very unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!
Great service/ Great prices I recently moved into a new home and purchased four complete rooms of furniture from Jubilee Furniture. Service was wonderful, they worked with me on pricing, delivered everything on schedule (even my custom made couch). I am extremely happy with the quality and prices I received.
Barry Bryant, great customer service I'm writing to say that I had excellent service from Mr. Barry Bryant on 5/14/09 at the Las Vegas location of Jubilee Furniture. Not only did I get a good deal and excellent service during the purchase of my dining set but Barry actually took the time to call me after the sale to make sure that everything was going well with my dining set. Because of such thoughtful service I will return to this store to purchase more furniture.
