Jubilee Ford always amazes me with the level of customer service and I can’t recommend them enough . My truck was serviced by jubilee Ford in December and when I went to fill up the windshield wash in January I found the oil cap off with oil spray over the hood and engine. An easy mistake to make but an annoying one that can lead to more issues. Everything was great from the receiving area until the end of my visit. The staff were very helpful and the process was smooth. I especially appreciated the waiting area, with free coffee and tea options—it made the experience very comfortable. I would definitely come back again for my next service.

I got a phone call from Jubilee Ford representative on Jan 28th, 2026 around 3:44pm for a normal checkup(the person was asking to get an oil change done on my car as it was due). I gladly said that I do my own oil changes and don’t require any at the time. But, I asked him if there was any pending recalls on my car and he said yes there is brake hose inspection recall and you can bring your car in so we can have a look at it.
