Great service department they found and fixed an issue that the other ford dealership unfortunately miss diagnosed, thank you. Jubilee technicians found the issue by doing some research. I know shops have different levels of technicians but thank you to Matt Bluebird the service writer for asking questions and the tech(s) that fixed the issue with the security system being over sensitive. I am grateful to Jubilee Ford & Ford Canada for communicating with me the entire time while my vehicle was in the shop. When the repairs did not work the first time, they continued to diagnose & replace parts until they fixed the vehicle. Having a rental that was comparable to the size of my vehicle was very convenient. I would recommend Jubilee Ford if someone is looking for great customer service & repairs done right.
Purchased a new truck from Jeremy B in August. Jeremy was very patient, understanding, and accommodating with all our questions we had. He was very professional when an unexpected recall was announced on the truck we originally wanted. Jeremy with the help of Jared quickly found alternative trucks to fit our needs and wants.
