I have been a member for over 6 years and have loved every minute. The coaches and the programming are top notch. If you’re looking for a fun, friendly and family atmosphere to achieve your fitness goals then McGhee’s Fitness is your place. Highly recommend.

Love this place and these people. The place has changed ownership, but not the mission. Still the place to be if you want a gym family.
My favorite gym I’ve ever been a member of BY FAR! Truly a great atmosphere that made me excited to come to the gym which as most folks know, getting the motivation to go is half the battle! The coaches were all great and very knowledgeable and the other members were all very welcoming. The way that classes are structured ensures everyone gets the best workout based upon your own individual ability level which I really appreciated since not everyone can do everything.
