We had a great experience working with Corey Grillet, the New Home Advisor with Tri Pointe Homes in Jubilee. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly a people person. Corey made the homebuying process simple and was always available to answer our questions along the way. The Jubilee neighborhood is beautiful with amazing neighbors, and Tri Pointe builds stunning homes. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and purchase!
I am truly second-guessing my decision to purchase this home. From the beginning, we had issues with the flooring — the design center showed us one thing, but what was installed was completely different, and the builder refused to correct it.
