We won a gift certificate from a school raffle and there is no expiration date. Called to go in and Juan said they won’t honor it. Was rude and then said I could come in and “pay for it”. Like I want to go somewhere that does this? Who donates for a kids school function and then refuse to honor it? Douche bag. Thumbs down.
I am extremely picky about the cut of my hair, and how precise it is. Honestly, when I called to make the appointment, I was desperate, but didn't have high hopes. But boy was I fooled. Jaun met me at the door, and was very welcoming. He understood what I wanted, was precise, personable, and engaged with conversations the whole time. You can tell that he isn't there to impress people with products and by upselling, just simply there to give good cuts, color, and styles.
