If I could give a less star than one I would. Had an appointment at 2:30. Got there before my set time, checked-in with “receptionist” who were both on their phones. Really disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this place. Was called in 20 minutes after my appointment time. If there is an appointment system in place, it should be honored. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit. The establishment continues to advertise Don Juanito as the “Sobador,” despite the fact that he passed away many years ago. This is misleading to patients seeking his care. Upon arrival, the individual assigned to provide my treatment did not speak English.
