I will NEVER give them another dime. Lost our paper with measurements for a tux and felt the need to just write them in themselves instead of asking again, got the tux and was falling off because it was so big, wouldn’t refund our money, and not to mention it wasn’t even the tux we ordered!! Never again! We paid too much money for a tux they picked out for us instead of what we asked for!
I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible experience and will not be back. I’ll wear blue jeans before I return to Juanita’s for another tux. Party Pros is most definitely the way to go. Party Pros stepped in a helped fix Juanita’s mistake for me and they were very kind.
Always a great experience with the staff. No matter how many dresses my girls need to try on to find the perfect dress, they are helpful and patient.
I absolutely loved my experience there!! the staff is so kind and patient and really help you see yourself in your dress on your special day! I absolutely will get my bridal party attire from them!
I got my wedding dress here 15 years ago. The staff was wonderful back then and I loved and still love my dress.
