Juanita Tool was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She always returned out calls/texts in a a timely manor, and has access to many resources if you need any work done to get your house ready to sell. We had some issues that came up before closing, and Juanita stepped up to the plate. Great experience working with her. We are so grateful.
