Wish I could do 0 stars. My whole family went to this provider based on being in network with our Cigna insurance. All we wanted was an annual checkup that supposedly is covered 100%. After, we received a bill for nearly $100 per person. We contacted both the provider and Cigna and were told that because we were coded as “new patients” that is not considered preventative and we would have to pay. The staff at this office are all so kind and personable, from the front desk to the medical assistants, and Dr. Farfan herself. What a pleasure it is to go to an office where everyone is respectful and seems genuinely interested in helping you. And I can't say enough about Dr. Farfan.
