This is the doctor that was assigned as my PCP through Medicaid. When I get the chance to see her, she's great. However, it has been hellish trying to get appointments scheduled with her- it seems like nobody is manning their office. Calls aren't returned, texts aren't returned. Their "office hours" are completely incorrect. I am a new patient to Dr. Perkins' practice, and I am so glad I found her. She is so easy to work with, and she has empathy for whatever you are going through in your health journey. She responds quickly to requests, and she offers patients a great app, Spruce, that allows me to talk with her directly as often as I need to.

Dr. Perkins is an excellent family centered provider, community activist, and leader in the community. Her care is honest, thorough, professional, compassionate, and kind. Dr. Perkins and her team are a Godsend!
I have been seeing Dr. Perkins for years. I have never had a problem or a complain. She has always been kind and courteous to my children and myself. If I still lived in the area, I would still continue to see Dr. Perkins. I have always felt valued and respected by her staff as well as her.
