I’m kind of at a loss for words for how bad this place was. Ordered takeout and ate it 5 minutes after pickup, but somehow all the meat was cold on 4/5 tacos. All the tortillas seemed like they were microwaved and then left out to dry. The avocado veggie taco was missing the potato, coleslaw, and avocado — just lettuce and sauce in a leathery tortilla? The $9 guacamole was missing also. To top it off, I tried to call to get some money back from the missing items, but the phone line wasn’t even in service.
Absolutely worst food I have had in a long time. Taco shells were cold, missing the consumme for the birria, corn was salty as hell, rice was cold and clumpy like it was days old and microwaved, the beans were garbage. Absolutely terrible experience, will not go again, and I advise others not to!
Love Juana taco. Always a good vibe. Great customer service and ALWAYS great food. Highly recommend if your near the east side.
