I had a great experience, until I didn’t. His staff (Vilma in particular) are so rude, show zero empathy, and are completely unhelpful. I have been struggling with this office since June/July of last year and finally hit my breaking point last week. He used to have wonderful staff, so not sure what happened. But I no longer recommend this practice or physician.
