Stay away front this guy. He tried to charge us $1,200 for an hour and half of labor. Complete scam artist. We had the same job done by a very reputable company in Ft Myers for $200.

The last time I let this Company in my home, the plumber quoted me approximately 500.00 to do a job. When he came back the next morning he had a "helper"with him that did nothing but sit there and watch. It was made clear we did not want them to cut through our wall. I came out to a loud noise to see then cutting my wall open! He said oh sorry we had to. Then when I got the bill it was over $1000.00! He said I was charged for 2 men. Guy came in for 5 minutes no longer!...there was NOTHING to fix he just tightened the screw with his hand at the pull up spout at kitchen faucet. Do you know how much he took for that? $168!! and he said he went easy on me. The greed and audacity of some humans is unparalleled!.

Juan's Plumbing We have used Juan's in the past without a problem. We recently had them out because our tenant was not getting hot water. They came out and charged us $368 for new thermostat/element *** ($35 at Home Depot). It didn't help. When we asked about their high cost of parts, they said they can't compete with the big-box stores because they had to paid more from their wholesale supplier.
