I I'm genuinely disappointed with the customer service. This is now my third and final appointment because of the repeated lack of respect for customers' time. The haircut itself has always been good, but at my first two appointments I waited over an hour despite having a reservation. Today I had a 9:00 AM appointment, and it's after 9:15 AM and the shop still isn't even open. A good haircut doesn't make up for consistently wasting customers' time. I won't be coming back, and I hope this is something that's addressed.

Best Haircuts I've gotten, have been twice and they haven't disappointed. Usually would need a recovery period after a haircut to like it, but Juan's has me happy right out of the chair.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and always loved Juan’s haircuts, but I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was double-charged for my service, and despite Freddy personally promising to refund the extra $50, the money was never returned. When I called the shop to follow up, I was hung up on three separate times. Paying over $100 for a simple haircut was already frustrating, but being ignored after being overcharged is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
Very good haircut I was given, he really payed attention to detail. And with the hot towel treatment, you can’t beat it.
