Came for a follow-up with Luminita. Joanna was the MA and was super pleasant and kind. Luminita was thorough and to the point on the next steps of my care.
I have been going to Dr. Loy for years now, I can tell you first hand that of all the “Doctors and Specialists” I go to (that would love for me to change my primary) I wouldn’t change EVER. Every time I see him, he takes time, and figures things out better than them all. Btw, I’m not a spring chicken. But I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone!
I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Dr Loy is the only doctor that consistently staffs bilingual Vietnamese employees to ensure we have good communication and can understand our health needs which is so important. I have never seen another doctor who is more attentive and knowledgeable. The wait is worth the quality of care you receive. Unfortunately there’s always a wait for people or products in high demand.
