Extremely pleased!
I have been a patient of Dr Loy's for at least 15 years. Family and friends have also been patients for a long time. We love his professional, detailed and genuine concern on all health issues. Unfortunately, we have all experienced an overwhelming concern, we schedule our appointments well in advance to see Dr. Loy not a Nurse Practitioner or a new Dr. No history with either of them, it was kind of a guessing game, what do you have, who do you want to see(referrals). Raquel and Traci are truly the backbone of that office. Masters of getting things done superior to any other doctors office that I know of and if you need something, they’re the ones to go to. They are smart and professional. They’re intelligent and It’s the best part of me going to that office is seeing both of them. If they ever leave. I will follow them. Thank you both for all you do.
I have been a patient of DR Loy for over 15 years. I suffer from high blood pressure. My mother is 81yrs old. She has been a patient for almost 10 years. She suffers from high blood pressure, blood clots, arthritis and she is pre diabetic. Dr Loy was always great when we get him. This place has the worst and rudest staff ever. I am a patient of Dr. Loy and he is a caring, detailed, and attentive Doctor. The best Doctor since to moved to Florida. If I could find a Doctor as good as Dr. Loy I would NEVER make another step to this office. One of the Nurse Practitioners has no manners and the back office staff treats you like they are paying you to come to the office. Unfortunately, Dr. Loys name is listed and associated with them. It’s so bad that even to call there you get an attitude. The worst!!
