If I could I would give zero stars.My grandfather,My mom, and I see this office and there not organized. Luminita gives attitude and doesn't respect decisions.Luminita wanted my Mom to get a ultrasound of her breasts but insurance won't cover it because its diagnostic not an annual screening. She also told me and my mom that we don't have the see the obgyn every year.
horrible wait times to see the doctor. doctor is condescending and rude. doesn’t explain to the patient what’s happening, just uses jargon to seem smart. read your patients records!
Recently i been thinking after many years going to juan..but not for me. Anymore. Somthingaint right. I was left for 17 minutes uncomfortable and in pain during a procedure while staff get pulled away to interpreting for a non English speaking older couples..which is more crucial...if it was a man id be fighting and im not violent. .... I thought I will have a trained professional do this kind of sensitive procedure not just someone available... no doctor office should cause pain and cause stress supposed to be a relieving p... read more
