If I could give less than one star I would. The office staff and doctor were all in need of some bedside manner classes. No smiles from anyone. Of course I didn’t go for the smiles but felt that very little (zero) attention was given to my medical issues. And lastly, I have now been coughed in my face by an uncaring physician. Take your chances. Hopefully they were all simply having a bad day!

Dr. Esnard has been a great doctor in the past. The tech that did my echocardiogram provided inadequate information about my condition. The tech was baffled when I mentioned I have e a VSD - due to results tech doesn't seem to know the difference in a mitrial valve and a VSD. The office staff called with results - she could not answer my questions, and proceeded to tell me "mitrial leak is normal in aging." Well to start with I hate to post anything negative especially with a doctor I considered to save my life 15 yrs ago but I visited Dr Juan Esnard and he walked in and I told him I couldn’t breathe or walk to the mailbox and back without getting weak and he simply told me this is how it was going to be until I pass away listened to my heart and he set up a echo for a week later and sent me on my way.
