His office neglected to ascertain that my insurance would not cover fillings that the dentist felt needed redone. I assumed that they were keeping track of such things. Well, turns out that the teeth he worked on had gotten filled for the first time LESS than a year prior at his office! And insurance refused to pay for it. Guess who got left holding the bag? Had I been notified of this, I would have waited because I had no pain. Then he refused to take any responsibility for the mistake.
