On a follow up visit, he said that everything was fine. When I questioned him about the hazy vision that I was experiencing, he instructed me to see my optometrist. After a visit to my optometrist, they sent me to a different ophthalmologist with a different company. This new ophthalmologist found TWO tears in my retina that Dr. Lebron obviously missed.
Misdiagnosed a serious eye condition and got angry with me when I questioned his diagnosis. I saw Dr. Dabbs in the same office and he immediately saw the issue and began treatment. Very concerning when a person cannot ask questions about his/her medical condition without the doctor raising his voice at them. I'd never recommend Lebron to a friend or family member.
Reading some of these reviews, I feel like I must have seen a different doctor than some of you. lol I had fluid build up behind my retina and Dr Lebron diagnosed it as scar tissue. My condition came on suddenly, so I was confused as how it could be scar tissue. When I questioned the doctor to try to understand, he flat out got angry with me and told me "I'm telling you! Annual visit
The waiting room had 7 patients waiting when I got there. I arrived a few min early for a 10:30 appointment. I was called back at11:30. Initially the testing and eye exam was quick and friendly. I waited for Dr a few min. He said very little told me what he was going to do. I had to interrupt him to ask my questions to find out why he was performing the treatment. He spent less than 5 min in the room. Said see you in 6 weeks and left. I figured he was behind and was in a hurry to get to lunch.
Very thorough and professional. Made sure to answer my questions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have been a patient of Dr Lebron for over 20 years. Numerous surgeries done for retina related issues. Always very conscientious about care provided.
Dr. LeBron is very efficient and timely with the appointment. He answers all the questions that I have. And I have recommended him to other people and they are going there.
Dr Lebron had no patience for my questions or concerns. Did not listen and made a couple of comments that made me feel stupid. I have my MBA, so I’m not ignorant, just scared and not familiar with the terminology. I get that he’s busy, but this is my sight and a surgery, a little empathy would have gone a long way.
