Good luck getting a copy of your policy. This office specifically had absolutely disgusting behavior and excuses for why they couldn't provide it when I asked. Going as far to tell me their system is down? Lol. Wasn't much better at corporate they even said the file was too big to email. I asked how big and funny enough the policy showed up in my inbox after that. Not only that, state farm was despicable to me when I needed help with water damage. Very disappointed with the service at this insurance agency. My mom has had a policy for 10 years with them and was told she needed to get life insurance. We only needed car insurance but was misinformed into getting a policy that included both. For years my mom paid for a policy she didn’t need.
