I have utilized Juan’s Tree Service at least a dozen times over the past decade and have yet to be disappointed. Juan Galvan, his son Rigo, and their workers are always punctual, their prices are fair, their clean up is impeccable, they do quality work, and they back up their work. Their honesty is fleshing.
We have a huge Chinese elm in our backyard. This tree needs trimming every year. I called Juan’s and they responded immediately and Rigo was at my home within the hour to give me an estimate. They gave me a very reasonable rate. The guys that showed up were respectful, and hard working. They trimmed our tree beautifully. Before they left they cleaned up the trimmings that had fallen into my neighbors yards, and they left my yard looking cleaner than it has in a while. The quote I received wasn’t very detailed and when the final invoice arrived there were several line‑items I hadn’t heard about (“brush removal fee”, “access surcharge”). I asked for breakdown and got vague answers.”
Quoted one price for trimming and cleanup, then midway through the job they said because of “equipment access” they’d need to charge extra. I felt pressured and confused about what was included.”
