Doctor spent 90% of my appointment tending to staff issues and other patients, I was just given a piece of paper to fill out, he came back into the room read it and said that he'd see me back in a year. I haven't been back 😕

The doctor is good, but the office behind him is not. The office correctly got my husband's insurance information during his first visit in May 2025 and everything was correctly and promptly billed. This time, during his Nov visit, the office somehow thought that he didn't have insurance, they didn't bother to ask, and now they are charging us the uninsured price.
