The entire experience at this practice was fantastic. From the friendly receptionist to the efficient techs and, of course, the excellent care provided by Dr. Yordan. I was impressed with his compassion and professionalism. He really listened to my concerns, assisted me in finding appropriate solutions and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!
I disputed a bill and had my relationship terminated as a result. Very unprofessional. Received a bill stating 'THIS ACCOUNT IS SERIOUSLY PAST DUES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY!' (appt was less than 30 days prior). Called 4 times before I received a return call.
Dr. Yordan is friendly and listens. I trust his opinion. His office staff is amazing! Personable and always helpful. Besides having confidence in my doctor, it is also important to me to deal with a competent office staff. I must say that they are probably the best office staff out of any doctor I have ever gone to!
First I would like to say that doctors make me nervous but he is so down to earth and actually cares so he looks at your chart. I felt comfortable but much more so when we’re there for my husband’s visits and he’s been through a lot. When he got discharged from the hospital his office called to see how he was doing. So extremely grateful for Doctor Yourdan and his team

Over two years I had many difficulties with office staff performing basic duties either incompetently or rudely. Had problems with both Dr. Yordan and the PA with basic medical issues. Would not listen to me. He made a dangerous medical prescription error with me. Unfriendly rude rushed unprofessional

I am very satisfied with the care I have gotten from Dr Yordan. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in an easy to understand way. Very compassionate and caring doctor. Also, the Office Staff is very friendly.
He is a very caring Dr., listens, does not rush his patients, makes suggestions - my husband and I are very glad he was referred to us.
