One of the best Dr's I've had hands down!! Not only is he kind and patient but he explains everything you need to know very thoroughly. I went there thinking I had issues with my heart and we came to the conclusion that its most likely my lungs. Although he is a cardiologist he still has helped me in taking my next steps in what to do all the while explaining what he thinks is going on with my lungs. Friendly doctor and staff. My primary sent me there because he wanted a second opinion, we did not receive that from Dr Ruiz. I'm still having the same symptoms I brought to Highland Health concerning vertigo and high pulse.
Dr Diaz takes time with patients and is a good listener. I’m very pleased with this smart, caring local cardiologist
