So, I leave a negative review about this Doctor the other day and today he calls me to harass me. So unprofessional!!!
Dr muniz nurse treat my mom very rude

I'm really grateful Dr Muniz is the physician I was assigned to. This was my first appointment and immediately felt comfortable as the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner, is non intimidating and listened which made it easy discussing my symptoms and past medical history. I highly recommend Dr Muniz.
I called Dr. Muniz' office located on Village Boulevard to make an appointment. And DAYZ (hopefully is her real name) was so Rude, that I decided not to proceed with the appointment (she sounded very unhappy). Undoubtedly, she is also lacking Customer Service Training. I will abstain from contacting this provider; and I do not want anyone related to me to experience this unprofessional behavior. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity; and no regard to race or ethnic group.
I called Dr. Muniz Garcia's office and left a message to schedule an appointment. And was called back shortly after, but unfortunately I missed the call. And to my delight his assistant, Ms. Paola Negron tried to reach me on consecutive days, until I was able to schedule a much needed appointment with the doctor. Very compassionate, gentle, and knowedgleble doctor. listens to patient and family. excellent office staff always very helpful and on top of things.
Called 6 times no call back to make appointment!! Very sad! Miss my old Neurologist that was there!!! Was turned over to him after she left ! If I would have known this bs I'd found another neurologist somewhere else!!DISAPPOINTED
