I'm really grateful Dr Muniz is the physician I was assigned to. This was my first appointment and immediately felt comfortable as the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner, is non intimidating and listened which made it easy discussing my symptoms and past medical history. I highly recommend Dr Muniz.
I called Dr. Muniz' office located on Village Boulevard to make an appointment. And DAYZ (hopefully is her real name) was so Rude, that I decided not to proceed with the appointment (she sounded very unhappy). Undoubtedly, she is also lacking Customer Service Training. I will abstain from contacting this provider; and I do not want anyone related to me to experience this unprofessional behavior. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity; and no regard to race or ethnic group.
