I had a PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment on both of my knees with Dr. Juan Carlos Galvez, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Galvez took the time to clearly explain the procedure, the expected results, and the recovery process, which gave me a lot of confidence. The treatment itself was very well handled, professional, and comfortable. After the procedure, I noticed a significant improvement in pain reduction, mobility, and overall knee function.
Dr. Galvez gave me answers about my back pain that took a long time to receive due to other doctors not listening to me. It’s frustrating and devastating when health providers don’t listen to their patients or put in the orders/requests for us when we know our own bodies and it results in second + opinions being needed. Dr. Galvez and his staff provided me with excellent service. He patiently went over the symptoms I was experiencing and we came up with a plan that I was comfortable with. I have visited this office a few times over the years and have been satisfied with the outcomes. I would recommend Dr. Galvez to anyone experiencing any type of sports injuries.
Dr Galvez and all staff have been amazing through several visits and in between phone calls. Recently I needed assistance with a referral document left at home. They responded quickly amd faxed it to the provider as I was there waiting for my appointment. But the code was incorrect so I had to call back to get it changed quickly. They had the medical assistant do it and they faxed the correct script within 10 min
