I want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Ortiz and the excellent care I received. From the very beginning, Dr. Ortiz listened carefully to my concerns, treated me with kindness and respect, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Dr. Ortiz has been my doctor for over seven years, and I highly recommend him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I never feel rushed during my appointments, even when he’s running behind. He always takes the time to listen and make sure all of my concerns are addressed. I’ve recommended him to my entire family, and it’s an added bonus that he speaks Spanish.
