If I had the time I would sue Dr.(or should I say Mr. cause this guy should not have the title of Dr.) Herrera for malpractice, my father was his patient and exactly four years ago today my father died of lung cancer that spread all over his body, about 2 years before he died he kept complaining to his Dr. about a cough, what did Dr. Herrera do ??
