Doctor Cobo is excelente I’m so happy with him, , but the nurses, assistants or whoever you have to contact to have an appointment, to request a refill or you medication etc OMG a nightmare I had to wait a month for a refill call them several times, same for my blood test request a month or I have to go in person and request it. It’s impossible to have a good customer service. Horrible service the worse ! So I called this morning again left 3 messages. And nothing just to ask for my. Blood test request. I had a great experience with Dr. Cobo. I was looking for a new primary care doctor, and I’m so glad I found him. He's incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me with patience and care. He also speaks Spanish, which made me feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Cobo if you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor!
I was in search of a new doctor and found Dr. Cobo through my insurance provider search app. Dr. Cobo is the best doctor I've had since my child hood doctor. He is very thorough and took the time to explain all of my options to me. The knowledge he has, he shared with me. My visit with him wasn't rushed and I felt like I was his only patient.
