Juan helped and advised me despite knowing that he had little to nothing to gain from giving me his time. He is very knowledgeable, polite and understands his clients well!
Juan is in the business of getting perspective buyers to jump through many hoops at the promise of their offer being accepted. Such hoops include counter offering yourself & changing lenders to one he prefers (probably for kick backs). Instead of just denying our offer he drug out the process and got our hopes up. I will not recommend this realtor to any one nor will I look at any homes listed through him. Take your business else where and save yourself the time and heart ache.
