Lovely staff and great service.
First of all I would give zero stars if that was an option. We have been customers at this place for many years. My wife Dika Basic visited this office today 02/22/2019 at 1 PM. After the service provided, the issue became our insurance card (which she handed over to the front desk initially). This was not first visit with this insurance as well, previous visits were billed and approved properly. My wife was told that the insurance is terminated.
