Staff and doctor not very professional. Rude and pushy. As a fellow medical professional I was very disappointed that this office operates the way that they do. Called about a mutual patient and was trying to further explain what I needed from them and they were very quick to say no I will not do that. Asked to speak to the office manager and they refused to let me speak to her. I really hope that they do not treat their patients like they just treated me on the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
it there was a 0 I could give I would, worst service I ever experienced. Dr. Trinidad nurse made an error in my billing, would not fix it with quest diagnostic refusing to call them .. don't ever go to this doctor.
Dr Trinidad is the best Doctor! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Dr for your wise advise and thorough care
